Chemical Peeling

A chemical peeling treatment is a technique in which a strong chemical (appropriate concentration), which is normally acidic, is applied to the skin to remove the upper layer and replace it with a smoother skin below. Therefore, it is also called exfoliation of the skin.

When used for the skin :

  • Clear skin
  • Glowing skin
  • Hydrated skin
  • Even toned skin
  • Reduction in melasma
  • Reduction in tan
  • Pigmentation gets lighter
  • Lighter complexion
  • Collagen stimulation, etc

What is the procedure like?

Once your skin is cleansed, a gel/ fluid is applied with an applicator and allowed to rest on the client's skin for a specific duration. Later the client’s skin is cleansed and neutralised.

Some peels are applied to the surface of your skin and you go home with them, letting them stay on for longer hours.

When do I see the results?

It depends on the skin-some results are displayed immediately and others are displayed over a long period of time after repeated sessions.
